 How to grow my brave 

Bravery comes from mental clarity, let's find out which things could be scary and which could not. This mental perceiver can enable us to react wisely in a different situation. Common set back is, we are thinking in our own perception instead of events. This is why we are not realized, some event seem to similar things but that reason forcing behind factors might be strange. When we look at the whole picture, we may get a clear idea further how to handle them, whose support they need there and how to get them support, and when to implement our plan. Therefore, don't make decisions based on circumstances.

 Weakness and setbacks are not truly like so, but the truth is that we focus on our weakness instead of strength, which small variations make a difference between success and unsuccessful. Negative thought is not obviously, deliberately  thinking about negative, they would focus on the weakness and failures who ignore to think about the other side of positiveness. Small course correction would create  will power and can eliminate fear failure from your thought pattern. I remembered here, we should get conscious of the thought pattern. Because when it appears a particular thought could trigger another correlated thought, this thought clutters would produce status quo results.  I suggest you find a solution to grab bravery.

Change your usual thought pattern

 

Try on new things rather than usual things . 

Do not focus on weakness and lack instead focus on strength and own power 

Do not overestimate others as well as underestimate yourself 

Define which things make anxiety, stress, and inferior your confidence. Go for it 

Do not expect overnight success, prepare yourself until you get success.

Take an action, what you desire, Action makes a result. 

Be sure what you want and also what does not.

Track day by day effort and put down on paper your daily progress that keeps on your track further if you derail from your path that helps to get back on track. 


I have given and what I had known a list of how to overcome your fear and get bravery. It is not a quick fix solution. How much time it takes depends on your curiosity.
